Yulia brings a sharp strategic lens to everything Moloko does—from brand to business model—always grounded in real-life parenting with her son Sascha, who keeps the mission personal (and the toy testing honest).

With 13+ years in product and sourcing, Armine has managed portfolios worth over £100M a year and led development of high-performing product lines from idea to shelf. Armine is fluent in Mandarin and a master of communications and partnership relations. At Moloko she makes sure every toy meets our standards for quality, safety and is delivered to you at the best price. Every toy is being joyfully tested by her son Max.

Maria is a mum of two and an expert in early childhood development with over 17 years of experience. Maria holds a medical degree and a background in adaptive physical education, focusing on babies' motor, sensory, and cognitive growth from birth.
Maria is Collaborative for Leadership in Ayres Sensory Integration (CLASI) certified and graduated an Israeli therapy school, trained in the FirstStep method. Maria is also an expert in Novokrinitskii school. At Moloko, Maria ensures every toy supports real developmental milestones—with care, science, and love behind every choice.
